Chad Furbush

Founder + President

Prior to starting The Cog Corporation, Chad served in many different roles across the private and non-profit sector, most recently as a member of the management team for a luxury custom window and door company that specializes in contemporary architecture. As project manager, Chad oversaw exclusive residential projects across the US (from Malibu to The Hamptons) and managed a portfolio of over $10 million dollars in residential, educational, and commercial window and door projects.

Chad’s ability to interface seamlessly with architects, builders, installers, and home owners has earned him praise in the luxury home industry and serves as the underpinnings of his mission with the Cog Corporation: to thoroughly understand each clients unique needs and ensure their best interests are being represented throughout every stage of designing, building, or buying their home.
